Eating within a whole food, plant based model doesn’t have to be complicated.  On an everyday basis, it can be accomplished with simple ingredients from a basic grocery store.  My primary shopping happens at places like Aldi and Trader Joe’s – with the occasional visit to Whole Foods for certain spices or bulk items.

I believe in selecting food that is as close to its natural state as possible.  By purchasing whole ingredients rather than processed, packaged items, you improve your health and minimize costs.

It takes a little planning – but it’s not difficult.
